I have a particular interest in helping you create systems which work for you and reduce any overwhelm. We’ll often start by identifying your individual strengths, values and challenges. If you visited my house right now it certainly wouldn’t look perfect, because I believe people are more important than having a spotless house… However things at home all have a place and we always aim to keep clutter at bay. I work with people of all genders and ages (including children). Most of my clients are diagnosed with ADHD – or are awaiting diagnosis. I now mainly coach ADHD clients online, but still work in client’s homes from time to time – ‘once an organiser, always an organiser’! Who do I work with? Over lockdown in 2020, I began to work online with clients, and training as a coach was the natural next step. I began to develop a more collaborative approach with my clients – rather than just giving the solutions that worked for me, I helped clients identify their own ADHD-friendly solutions. (Two of my children were already diagnosed with ADHD – my own diagnosis came in 2020). Within a couple of years I began to find that a lot of clients coming to me had ADHD. I loved working flexibly with families to simplify the clutter which accompanies normal family life. Having three children within five years, I knew a fair bit about juggling. How did I get into this work?įormerly a community physiotherapist, I worked with people with disabilities to improve their quality of life. I grew up in a chaotic, messy, but welcoming home – so you don’t need to worry about me judging you or your home! I’ve also lived with ADHD all my life, learning to create order out of the chaos my ADHD brain creates. I’m often described as calm and un-shockable. Hi, I’m Sarah Bickers and I love helping people get organised and live their best lives.
